SHIPPING & HANDLING
We will do our best to ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2pm will begin processing same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed.
Please note: Due to the high volume of orders, some items may be sold out by the item we receive your order. We will do our best to fulfill your order, issue a refund or store credit for any item(s) that are out of stock.
Shipping will be handled via UPS or FedEx throughout the United States. A flat rate of $4.00 applies. Make sure your shipping address is correct before finishing your order. Errors will cause the package to be shipped to the wrong location and give you an invalid shipping quote. You will receive an email confirmation from UPS providing tracking information once your order has been shipped.

While SHIMONS COLLECTION strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. SHIMONS COLLECTION reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, SHIMONS COLLECTION shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, SHIMONS COLLECTION will issue a credit to your credit card.
